What type of amenities are included when renting?

We offer free WiFi connection, use of a kitchenette, a limited number of tables and chairs and public parking directly across from the building. We also have a 75 inch televison that is available for a $25 fee.
Do you have plenty of parking availability?

Yes, we have a full public parking lot directly across the street from the front entrance of the building.
What is U Creative Space?

U Creative Space is 1300 sq ft. of open studio space, extra office, and bathroom. This space is available for rent to all types of artists. You can rent by the hour, half-day, full-day, or two consecutive days at a time. We also offer artistic classes, workshops and creative conferences.
Where is the Southern Belle Building located?

We are located on 55 Union Street in Madisonville Ky., down the street from the County Clerks office and next to the back parking lot of Happy's.
What is Southern Belle LLC?

Southern Belle LLC is a newly renovated downtown building focused around supporting women owned businesses. As of today, the different women owned businesses that occupy the space is PS Salon, American Honey Clothing, LB Ashby Interiors, and U Creative Space by Southern Belle LLC.
